i don't have an advent calendar. i buy myself a piece of clothing everyday instead.
I bought another collar (from C&A, no less) today. I found 2 (5) ways to wear it (hence really crafty look), but the second er, would only be so practical if I were a poorly labrador. Of course I will not be donning it over a low-cut pink Primark top. Fashion fow-par or wot. But it has persuaded me to go on a hunt for a Little-White-Fur-Riding-Hood type garment which will undoubtedly never appear in my greedy greedy mittens. Sigh.I also picked up (oh, here we go) a red beret but promptly returned it after waddling a few metres from the shop & discovering on peeping into bag that it had magically turned a horrendous shade of red. So off I go & purchase a knitted MUSTARD YELLOW bobble-hat instead. It sounds revolting, but it's really an incredible headpiece in disguise (at least, I think so) & it's even better when I wiggle my head around. Eitherhow, I already look like the secret spawn of a jolly Father Christmas with my red coat & christmas earrings (my mum makes all the girls wear these frightful creations - see: flashing wreaths, dancing snowmen, jingling bells etc - Mark Darcy & his Reindeer jumper have nothing on me). It's MORE than tragic & it's like if you don't wear them you'll get coal in your stocking. I recall one particularly sorrowful christmas when my dad actually put coal in my stocking as a joke (along with some onions). I was absolutely distraught. 1991 was bad year for me. Let's hope 2006 is kinder & gives me lots of moneys and jobs.On a completely unrelated note, is it just me or has Little Britain just gotten, um, crap? I'm SURE it used to be good! Wasn't it? Wasn't it even a LITTLE BIT good at one point? Or was it the mere fact that people constantly bantering on about it being 'SO GREAT' tricked me into believing so? Have I been living a lie? There are only 1 or 2 watchable characters & even they get tiring. Ah well. Ab Fab 4eva!!

AWWWW you're the sweetest fluffy thing everrrr.I want a long sleeved white (fake obv) fur coat but all I can find are variouswhite fur shrugs/boleros/cropped jackets of differing degrees of fluffy - from the horsehair-scratchy to the I COULD USE THIS AS A PILLOW AND BE SO HAPPYbut they are all cropped and thus, to me, defeat the wanted purpose of keeping my middle warm (and covered/disguised).ps Little Britain is indeed awful now, and there was one point in one episode when it was indeed actually quite good :'(
little britain used to be quite good but yes now it is shit. apart from possibly the orvil sketch last episode. but they can't carry on with the same characters, it's so bloody boring.
Who's the prettiest lady in all the land? You are so beautiful! What blusher do you have on there?C&A? That store's still going??Haha I have tacky wreath earrings, why is Christmas so embarrassing? I want to see you in your Christmas outfit!

the thing about little britain is it's been going for like, two or three years now. and at first, i think it was only on bbc2 and nobody really watched it and it was like a secret and it did used to be reallyreally funny (first series) but then it became prime time and now i want to kill it. because everyone does the impressions and it's not funny and god, it's obviously aimed against a lot of people in britain who are actually quite like the characters they portray but now those people bum it too and it's kind of all gone a bit pointless. plus, it's too graphic now, seriously!
UR GORJUSS EM
that's like MY DREAM COAT, but i know the minute i get one i'd just spill wine all over it & be coincidentally eating beetroots at the same time. guh. & it's true, cropped jackets etc are so unflattering unless you're stick thin from midriff to toe. :(
i use this!in rose abricot.Alas, they dont have Sephora in the Uk, or so I'm led to believe. But any old pink blusher will do for me. I'm not fussed about using expensive products when it comes to blusher because they pretty much all do the same job.& yes it is! in Belgium at least ;) you ain't missing out on much though. C&A was never really any kind of fashion temple!
AS R U KRISTINE KENDAL
it IS well graphic. not really something for all the family then. ;)but ontop of that it is just so repetitive, yawn, & i know they brought in new characters & whatnot but god. there comes a point, you know? it's over, mate! soon enough everyone in the UK will actually BECOME one of the characters through somekind of funereal self-fulfilling prophecy.
owh, i missed that. i gave up half way through!hmph.del boy will forever remain my hero.
my flatmate and i think you are very prutty
aw, you look like a doll! x
well thank you rather much Kirsteen & flatmate :)
you have no idea how painful that was!
They did have a Sephora in Uxbridge but it got closed down!!
you look amazing. like a little doll.
C&A STILL EXISTS?!?! WHAT!!!!and id quite like to be you. x
Your face is so delicately beautiful, honestly exquisite.Haha that sounds kind of creepy!
They had a Sephora in Southampton (like the ONLY good thing ever about the whole town).
And I miss C&A, I loved it like a child. (I don't love children, so I loved it along the lines of Peacock's).
It's definitely not funny anymore. And I'm sure they never used to have that canned laughter over the top which means you can't hear any of the jokes anyway. Peep Show's where it's at now.
Yes it does! Just not in the UK.& nah nah nah, i am the last person anyone would want or should want to be! x
haha, don't say that, i only have the BBC here in Brussels!
hah, thank you! but i ain't no doll. i'm horrible. my mother would gladly verify this ;)
did you?! it's a shop that has always really irked me. i have no clue as to why because i always go in there & have a look around. the accessories are good though! but still. not as good as Primark ;)
why on earth would they close it down!? it's MAKEUP HEAVEN. Sephora's own is really really amazing. ah well, i suppose there's the likes of Superdrug & Boots etc to compete with in the Uk...
thats my advent calendar too!
